As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting student accounts, enhancing security, and safeguarding your personal information, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required when accessing both our student payment portal and the authorized users payment portal beginning soon. MFA is one of the most effective ways to verify a user's identity and help ensure that only authorized individuals can access student account information.
***If you have already set up an MFA with the student payment portal for direct deposit, please be aware that this will be your MFA credentials for the student payment portal when logging in.***
Starting this fall, you will be asked to verify your identity each time you log in by using a one-time passcode sent via email, text message (SMS), or an authentication app. This will be an additional MFA to the current Duo Login which the Georgia Institute of Technology currently utilizes. When choosing to login or when entering the payment portal from Oscar, you will now have an additional MFA to verify your access. If you have not yet established a security profile, you will be prompted to create one and enroll in MFA during the login process.
