GRA/GTA-Tuition and Fees Payment Plan

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Until your GTA/GRA waiver has applied to your student account, you should not sign up for the GTA/GRA Tuition and Fees Payment Plan. If you sign up for the GTA/GRA Tuition and Fees Payment Plan prior to having the appropriate GTA/GRA waiver applied to your student account you will be automatically removed from the plan. 

Enrollment Information: Payroll deduction enrollment for Fall 2026 will open August 17, 2026 and close on August 31, 2026. Please ensure all charges, waivers, and financial aid are posted to your student account BEFORE enrolling.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Employed through payroll as GRA/GTA
  • Paid monthly

GTA/GRA Payments:

  •  Payroll deduction may be taken for any balance not covered by Aid on the student's Bursar account (tuition, fees, housing, etc) in the current term you are enrolling during only. It is very important that you make sure your waiver has been applied before singing up for this payment plan.  
  • Verification will be made against payroll to ensure student is employed correctly.
  • GRA/GTA-Tuition and Fees Payment Program available for Fall, Spring, and Summer Terms
  • Payments will be made on the first business day of the month over three months Fall and Spring and two for Summer. This will ensure that students have been paid which happens on the last business day of the month. The months payments will be made are below:
    • Fall Term: Oct, Nov, Dec
    • Spring Term: Mar, Apr, May
    • Summer Term: July, August
  • Option must be taken by Payment Deadlines
  • To utilize GRA/GTA-Tuition and Fees Payment Program
    • Log into the student payment portal at the following link: Student Pay
    • Click “Enroll in Payment Plan”
      • Choose the GTA/GRA Payment Plan from the options. 

Until your GTA/GRA waiver has applied to your student account, you will not be able to remain enrolled in the GRA/GTA-Tuition and Fees Payment Program. If you are removed from the GRA/GTA-Tuition and Fees Payment Program, please check with your hiring department.
