Contacting Bursar's Office During Spring 2021 Semester

Effective August 10, 2020, the Bursar Office will be open for business in Room 111- ,Lyman Hall.

In order to provide the best customer service to students, we are offering our services in a variety of virtual, online formats.

Making Payments
  • On-line payments

On-line payments is the preferred payment method and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Information about online payments can be found at https://www.bursar.gatech.edu/payment-options

  • Payment Drop-Box

Students may also drop-off their payments in the Payment Drop-Box which is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The drop-box is located at Lyman Hall, between the two glass doors and to the left.

  • Cash Payments

Due to the unknown’s surrounding Covid-19 – Cash Payments are not accepted at this time.

In person service for documents that need Bursar review may be conducted Monday-Friday in Room 111 Lyman Hall between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Particularly at certain times of the year, our telephone lines are very busy. You will receive better and faster service if you contact us via email. Especially if you have a complex question, we do not recommend that you call our main number. Use one of the email addresses listed above, let us research your question and reach back out to you so that the right person can assist you.

Meeting with a Staff Member

If you need to meet with a staff member, please use email bursar.ask@business.gatech.edu and you will receive a phone call. Virtual appointments can be set up via video conference on Teams, or Bluejeans.

Safe Interaction with Staff

Anyone who interacts with Bursar’s Office staff must follow all safety requirements as stated by the University System of Georgia, Georgia Tech, and the CDC. Remain mindful of the entrances and exits that are separate, the floor markers, the stanchions, and other instructions for the elevator and the restrooms.
